Court booking software, built in the Philippines

Your courts, booked and paid for before anyone arrives.

Juga is the software a racket venue runs on. Players reserve and pay online, your front desk works from one diary, memberships and open play look after themselves, and the day's money balances without anybody adding it up.

Where it came from

Built on our own courts first.

We built Juga to run our own club in Manila, and it has been running it every day since. Everything here is in use at a real venue before it is sold to anybody else's — go and book a court on it if you like.

Venues on Juga

The first venues are being set up now.

    What it does

Everything the front desk does, in one place.

    • Courts, booked and paid

Players pick a slot and pay with GCash, Maya, card or cash at the desk. Holds expire on their own, so a court nobody paid for goes back on sale instead of sitting empty.

    • One court, several games

A hall that is pickleball in the morning and badminton at night is one court with one diary — and it can be priced differently for each.

    • One diary at the desk

Walk-ins, phone bookings and online reservations land in the same place, so two people cannot be sold the same hour.

    • Members and open play

Membership plans with their own rates and benefits, rotating-partner sessions, league nights, and a roster that keeps itself.

    • The till, and books that balance

A point of sale for paddles, drinks and balls, every payment method in one ledger, and a day that closes without a calculator.

    • Recorded games and highlights

Cameras on court turn a rally into a clip a player can watch and share. Your own camera and box, our software driving them.

    What it costs

    Free for your venue.
    The player pays the fee.

Free for your venue: no setup fee, no licence, no monthly charge and no commission on what you earn. The service fees are paid by the player, on top of your price.

    • Court bookings

The player pays a ₱15 service fee on top of your price for an hour, and ₱5 more for each hour after that — ₱20 for two, ₱25 for three. You keep your listed rate in full. Nothing on walk-ins your desk books, and nothing on a booking nobody paid for.

    • Memberships

A 10% service fee is added to what a member pays, the same way. Your membership price is yours — we do not take a share out of it.

    • Tournaments

Draws, brackets, seeding and live scores come with every club. No monthly charge.

    • Street Cam

Recorded games and highlights, per court. The camera and the box are the club's own — this is the software that drives them.

    Before you ask

    Questions we get asked.

    • Do we have to buy anything?

No. Bookings, memberships, open play and the till need nothing but the devices you already have. The one exception is Street Cam: recording games needs a camera on the court and a small PC in the rack, and both are yours to buy and own — we charge for the software that drives them, not the hardware.

    • What happens if our internet drops?

Be clear-eyed about this: the booking system is online, so while the connection is down the desk cannot take a booking or a payment through it. What does keep working is the recording — the camera box keeps capturing on its own and uploads everything once the line is back, so a tournament weekend is not lost to an outage.

    • Can we still take cash?

Yes, and most venues do. Cash, GCash, Maya, card and bank transfer all get recorded the same way, and the day balances across all of them. A booking your desk takes in cash carries no fee from us at all — we are only paid on bookings players make themselves.

    • Do players need to install an app?

No. It runs in a browser on any phone. Players who use it often can add it to their home screen and it behaves like an app, but there is nothing to find in an app store and nothing to update.

    • Is this only for pickleball?

No. A court lists the games it can host — pickleball, badminton, tennis, volleyball, table tennis, basketball, futsal — and the same hall can be one game in the morning and another at night, priced differently for each, on one diary. We started in pickleball because that is the club we run.

    • We are already on a listing site. How is this different?

A directory helps players find you; it does not run the place. Juga is the diary, the payments, the memberships and the books — the things your desk does all day. Plenty of venues use both, and there is nothing here that stops you being listed wherever you like.

    • What if we want to leave?

Your members, bookings and takings are yours. Tell us and we will export the lot. Nothing is held back to keep you, including if you fall behind on a bill — an unpaid account stops new bookings, it never locks you out of your own records.

    Do you have
    a venue?
    Let's talk.

Tell us about the place and we will set it up with you — courts, hours, rates and your first staff account. There is nothing to configure before you can see it working, and nothing to pay until players are booking.
